英語の難しい原因分かりました。それは英語という代物がそもそも存在しなかったという事実に起因する、そう理解しました。（そもそも英国人なるものも存在しなかった？）即ち、英語は、外来語（外国語そのもの）の寄せ集めでしかないということです。このため、一つの事を言うのにラテン系、ギリシャ系、ドイツ系、イタリア系、スカンジナビア系などそれぞれの言い方が残り、類義語として英単語を形成してしまい、物凄い数になってしまった。実際、例えば「外来語」を指し示す単語が日本語にはこの言い方以外何もないのに対し、和英辞書で調べたら、～word、～borrow、など１０個程現れ、ネーティブインストラクターにどうやってピッタリしたもの選んでいるのか正したところ何と、好きなものでよいという答えに尚ビックリでした。（ジャパニーズイングリッシュよかったんじゃん。---その通り、詳しい考察はまた追って）仮に名詞、動詞、形容詞がそれぞれ10通りの言い方があるとすると、それらを使った英文は1000通りできる。実際には場面毎のぴったりした語彙、また語彙同士の相性等が有り、（これを分かるには、多分現地に２０年以上位は居ないと無理なのでしょうね。）1000通りには成らないものの、通じるだけならそれに近い事に成るらしく、或る本（「大草原の小さな家」の著者の裏話）の作家の母娘（親子ともに作家）の間で、あれこれ文章論が戦わされていたのを、さもありなんと思い起こします。かつて私は英語を「ハチャメチゃな言語」呼ばわりしましたが、やはりその通りで、これでは受信型であるリスニングでさえも、とてもマスターできる筈はなく、映画等理解できるようには成らない訳だと妙に納得してしまいました（自分の能力の無さの言い訳？）。そんな言語が不幸にも世界共通語に成り上がり、これからグローバルな世界に生きて行かざるを得ない若者には、なんともご愁傷様と言う以外ありません。さてさて、英語の難しさは分かったとして、さー、では、どうされますか皆様は。この続きはまたに致しませう。---それにつけても、逆恨みとは言え、英語の悪口はいやー何度やっても楽しいものですね、(笑）。（近親憎悪か、はたまた振られた恋人への腹いせか、被注目者・勝者へのやっかみか。－－－本当の理由は折みて告白させて頂きます。左記の最後のものに近いです、「勝者」の意味がちょい違いますが。更に悪口は、言語のみに留まらず、いずれはネーティブそのものに向かいますので、乞うご期待？）

—ＮＨ系—---再び、NHK語学講座「ラジオ英会話」1月号の中から、注釈でとりあげられていた単語のダジャレ文です。今回は全９語で、内４語は既に掲載済みですが、レビューでは平等に取り扱い、ＮＨＫでの単語がメディアでどう扱われているかまた検証しますので、今後も見て下さい。尚、例によって、敬意を表し太文字にしました。
１）インチキ神話見て（せ）怒る。⑩mythical(a)---mythologyの形容詞形なることは既知か。
別案：遂に神話上の生き物見つ（し）かる。
２）どんな人々も好きで探し回る耳より情報。⑰tidbit(n)---超苦？

４）素手でブローる（なぐり合う）取っ組み合い。⑪brawl(n,vi)---それにしても、こぜりあい・ののしりあい・口喧嘩、の類いの単語の多さよ、欧米の暮らしとはこの繰り返しなのか、幻滅の極み。
５）山の上のその土地は密教の寺にしたらいいん地形ですよ、丁度寺いいん！。⑨terrain(n)

ＮＨＫ語学講座の単語としての初の7語の内、メディアでの扱い（レビューⅢ）は次のようでした。
　　　三例とも一か月以内に使われていたもの、　fiasco（一般名詞）、bundle(多義語の動詞）　の二語　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　三例とも一か月以内に使われていなかったもの　diarrheal、rascal　（場面が限られる生活用語）の二語
　　　vet'sは全く現れませんでした。この単語のように、ある特定の場面だけの、長ったらしいと短縮して改造したような独特の生活用語は、話言葉では沢山見うけられます。書き言葉の中では全く使われず、辞書にもなく、ネーティブとの会話を通してしか覚えられない、学習者にとっての正に鬼門で、これこそが殊に映画などのリスニングを難解にしている元凶である事が、つきとめられた思いです。
　このように、文語と口語は英語では厳然と区別されており、学習法の難しさが分かる気がします。本の種類にもよるでしょうが、一般の本をいくら読んでも会話は上達しないのが納得できます。だからでしょうね、英会話の参考書が後から後から山のように出され、学習を強要されるのは。片や、こと読解力に限れば、このブログのレビューⅢで高頻出の単語を覚えていく事が、力をつける事になる事も確信できた思いです。

週二日、一日２時間、とうとう英会話勉強始めました。発信型英語諦めていなかったかって？諦めています。ただ、英語の雰囲気に久しぶりにひたりたかった、ときにはネーティブに質問し、ときには発音の良さを自慢したかったのです。
語学の勉強は数学などと異なり独学には向かず、大勢でわいわいやるのが合っている、そんな風に思いません？
　会話学習の内容ですが、フレーズ（慣用句または熟語のこと）の勉強が多い、フレーズと生活用語あるのみですね、会話の習得は。ダジャレの出る幕は皆無です（笑）。やはり、身に付かせるには継続あるのみですね、必要とする状態に身を置き、ただただしつこく付き合い続ける。どうぞ皆様も続けられたし。３年、５年？いやいや１０年、いや２０年、きっと変化している自分に気付く瞬間が来るのでせう、若ければ若いほど。（思えば10歳のネーティブは10年間やり続けてる訳ですな。）それにしても日本国内での英会話の練習はまさに、「陸上で水泳の練習をするが如し」はいなめませんねー。なにをどうやろうとも---２４時間の中の２，３時間、それも週１、２回では、それも無理なしか。一方で、読解用単語習得はどうぞこのブログでやって行って下さい。しつこく、続けて行きませう。
